Jazzmond Ellis Jazz is the College of Education and Professional Studies' Electronic Communications Coordinator where he works full-time implementing electronic portfolios for teacher education candidates in both undergraduate and graduate programs. His other duties include supporting professional studies programs and developing portfolio templates for their use in the future. In this position, he supports faculty and students in the use of this program, develops the infrastructure to support the project, and works directly with students as they integrate the electronic portfolio in their College of Education coursework.

A graduate assistant is available for ePortfolio support. This person’s job is to support the Electronic Communications Coordinator in administrative work as well as training and technical support. The assistant is not only familiar with ePortfolio technology but also the assessment instrument of Rubricmarker. Assistance from the graduate assistant will be available to students and faculty during the fall and spring semesters.

Within the lab, there are lab assistants to help students and faculty with their ePortfolio needs. These individuals have been trained on using ePortfolio and its many functions. They are even available for teaching individual or small group training sessions.  Lab assistants are also available within the lab to answer questions and help with loading different types of electronic information into the portfolios and technical concerns
