ITC Equipment Cancellations


If you scheduled media or technology to be delivered to your classroom,
please notify the ITC scheduling desk (x5965) if your class does not meet for any reason.

There are two reasons for this courtesy - -

First, the ITC has limited resources. Each time a faculty member schedules resources for
a class and does not use it, it means another faculty member who could have used it
would not have the opportunity to do so.

Second, equipment is sitting in an empty classroom is potential theft risk.
Your cooperation is essential to our loss prevention efforts. ITC student assistants
attempt to monitor classrooms for unused equipment, but there are numerous
classrooms on three floors and only one assistant on duty.

Please remember to contact the ITC scheduling desk (x5965) if you decide
that you do not need the media or equipment you requested
or if you cancel your class for any reason.
