  1. Complete reaccreditation process through the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education and the Oklahoma Commission for Teacher Preparation

  2. Acquire three new faculty positions to strengthen selected academic programs

  3. Implement master’s degree in Athletic Training

  4. Provide secure and quality office spaces for faculty/staff.

  5. Refine compensation system to be able to attract and retain qualified faculty and staff

  6. Develop and implement on-line courses to support selected undergraduate and graduate programs

  7. Enhance selected graduate (master’s degree) programs (Bilingual/Teaching English as a Second Language, Speech/Language Pathology, Education Administration, Psychology, Guidance and Counseling, Secondary Education, and Child and Family Studies)

  8. Develop agreements with other colleges and universities to share course offerings or programs

  9. Develop collaborative partnerships with colleges, universities, schools and other agencies / entities
