- Complete reaccreditation process through the National
Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education and the
Oklahoma Commission for Teacher Preparation
- Acquire three new faculty positions to strengthen selected academic programs
- Implement master’s degree in Athletic Training
- Provide secure and quality office spaces for faculty/staff.
- Refine compensation system to be able to attract and retain qualified faculty
and staff
- Develop and implement on-line courses to support selected undergraduate and graduate programs
- Enhance selected graduate (master’s degree) programs (Bilingual/Teaching English as a Second
Language, Speech/Language Pathology, Education Administration, Psychology, Guidance and Counseling,
Secondary Education, and Child and Family Studies)
- Develop agreements with other colleges and universities to share course offerings or
programs
- Develop collaborative partnerships with colleges, universities, schools and other agencies / entities
